Earlier, I read an article about the horribly low approval rating of Congress. In the article they mention a book titled, “It’s Even Worse Than It Looks” by Thomas Mann (senior fellow of governance studies at the Brookings Institute). I loved the phrase—so it became today’s daily drawing. Historians, including Mann, say that this Congress may be the worst we’ve had in over a century. Good work Tea Party!
